For staining fragile gels,a gentle wave motion can be chosen. More vigorous conditions can be set for washing sturdier mem-branes. Tilt angle and speed are changed simply by turning the associated knobs. Both single and double platform models are available. Platforms are made of stainless steel with a rubber mat to keep sample containers in place.
