용도 및 특징

• Glovebox work area 내부가 negative pressure로 되어 있어 hazardous or potent
  pharmaceutical compound, Chemotherapy Agents, IV admixture등의 안전한 조작을
  위해 제작됨.
  
• Unindirectional HEPA-filter airflow - 단일방향으로 air flow되며 이것은“piston
  effect” 로 work area 및 pass-thru chamber를 class100 이상의 공기청정상태로 유지함.
• Negative Pressure -Glovebox의 Main chamber와투입구 (pass-thru chamber)는
  모두 negative pressure로 되어있으며, pass-thru chamber가 main chamber에 비해 약간
  더 강한 negative pressure로 되어 있어 이는 Main chamber 내부 sample의 안정성을 더 고려한
  사항임. (Standard version)
  
• Ergonomic 디자인 - 36″ (seated), 45″ (standing)의 2가지 높이로 work space를
  조절 가능하고, Front viewscreen이 10도 기울어져 있어 사용자의 편리성을 고려했으며, 상단에는 경첩이 달려있어
  실험장비 등을 투입구를 통하지 않고 직접 작업대로 넣을 수 있다. 또한 main chamber와 투입구에 glove가
  있어 내부 곳곳에 손을 넣어 작업하기 편하고, 내부 cabinet의 모서리는 7/16″반경의 곡면으로 처리되어 청소하기
  편리함.
• Pass-thru chamber - 외부 interchange door는 내부의 interchange door가 닫혀야만
  열리는 구조로 되어 있어 안전하고, 내부 interchange door는 수직으로 여닫는 구조로 되어 있어 sample의
  이동이 용이함.
• 46″ W x 24″ D 의넓은작업대
• Main chamber와 interchange chamber의 내부는 Type 316 stainless steel로
  되어 있어 부식에 대한 저항성이 강함.
• Glovebox의 외장은 긁힘에 저항성이 강한 PermaWhite™ baked enamel 로 마감처리되어 강한 내구성
  지님.
• 형광등이 Ballast와 함께 cabinet 외부에 위치하여 chamber 내부 온도 상승을 억제함.
• Main chamber 내부에 IV bar가 있어 IV bag 또는 병을 걸어두는데 편리함.
• Cabinet 내부에 Blower가 없어 소음이 없음.
• Exhaust Requirement - 8″Flange Hard Connection, Minimum 375CFM and
  -2.0″WC static pressure의 Exhaust system이 필요함.
